We were from out of state visiting the area and had issues with our car. While looking, I called to see if any spots were available same day, since we had to leave the following day. When I tell you how impressed I was with the service from the first phone call to the service done to our car. All of the staff were amazing! They ordered the parts the same day and got the repair done the same day, they even stayed after closing to make sure the work was completed. They went above and beyond! The staff deserves all the praises and raises! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I had a great experience at Wilmington Tire & Auto. John was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire tire purchasing process. He took the time to explain my options without any pressure, which made it easy to choose the right tires for my vehicle. The entire team was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The service was fast, and I really appreciated the clean, comfortable waiting area while my vehicle was being worked on. I highly recommend Wilmington Tire & Auto if you're looking for honest advice, great customer service, and efficient work. I'll definitely be back!

This is our third time bringing our vehicles to Wilmington Auto Tire & Service, and every experience has been outstanding. Each time I’ve spoken with John Devito to schedule service for either our vehicle or our daughter’s, he’s been professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. John stands behind the quality of the technicians’ work, and from our experience, they’ve consistently delivered. Unlike many shops that try to sell you services you don’t need, John gives honest recommendations about what should be repaired now and what can reasonably wait. That honesty has helped us budget for future maintenance and repairs. I’m usually very cautious about trusting mechanics, but Wilmington Auto Tire & Service has earned our confidence. If you’re looking for a shop that’s honest, reliable, and does quality work, I highly recommend them. Be sure to ask for John—you’ll be glad you did. Thanks again, Wilmington Auto Tire & Service!
